I was playing Warframe religiously up until lately, when I started playing Fallout 4 with mods. Now that I actually have another game to get into, with fresh content (mods are amazing things), Warframe has really taken a back-seat. In fact, I'm not even bothering to get my login rewards some days. Eh, Warframe, it just feels more of the same. I know a lot of the 'Content Creators' have been leaving because, well, there's just not any new 'content'.
I started playing a bit today to do the "new" Halloween event, but my squad failed the second mission and I absolutely had no incentive to try again. Sure, I'd have rolled with it if we were going to win, but I'm sorry - it's just boring.
I realised lately, that the only reason I was playing Warframe was to upgrade my gear and make the guns/weapons as powerful as possible. That was the only enjoyable thing. Once I reached the point when the weapon was modded up as much as it can be, I dropped it and moved onto the next.
I've been playing since launch, and I'm a Founder. I've done essentially everything there is to do in Warframe, except for a few of the quests, etc, I didn't even 'max out' my focus Tree but I don't feel compelled to do it either.
I'm feeling really burned out with Warframe. I won't abandon it, ever, don't get me wrong. I've spent too much money in this game to ever abandon it, lol. But I just wanted to get my thoughts out.
I guess I'll come back in a few months.
